With extensive experience in e-commerce and tech, my journey began in operations and evolved into a dynamic career that led me to become a Director of Support, managing a team of 30 people across three continents.My progression through roles in logistics, support, and corporate management, working closely with other functions like finance, marketing and business development, provided me with a comprehensive view of the business from operational, tactical, and strategic perspectives.
I have experienced business inefficiencies firsthand, making me acutely aware of the challenges my clients face. My teams and I were constantly overworked, bogged down by manual processes and rigid tools while trying to keep up with rapid company growth. Frustrated by the constant struggle, I designed a strategy to transform our operations completely.
This experience taught me the importance of continuous improvement and instilled in me a mindset focused on efficiency and innovation, which led to my team's success and my discovery of a true passion for this work.
After four years, my growing enthusiasm for technology and automation prompted me to transition to the software industry, enhancing my functional knowledge with technical expertise, and allowing me to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
With this valuable combinations of skills, I decided to start my own business and began working with diverse clients, from tech companies to non-profits, e-commerce brands, and agencies. Recognizing that each company has unique needs, I became certified in Notion, Glide, Airtable, and Make to offer tailored solutions.In my free time, I enjoy cycling, running, and spending time with my dog, Bailey. These activities keep me balanced and energized, allowing me to bring my best self to my work and my clients.
