We designed an automation that automatically assigned a case ID to each opportunity and created personalized folder structures in Google Drive for each new client, saving time and minimizing human error. Additionally, we implemented an automation to dynamically create detailed proposals in Google Docs from Notion data, automatically filling in client-specific information such as pricing and contact details based on client type with a single click of a button in Notion. We also built a system for handling follow-ups with clients who had not responded to proposals or completed payments, ensuring no client was inadvertently neglected and improving conversion rates.
